Absolutely! To lose 1lb of fat you need to consume 500 calories less than you need per day, and to gain 1lb of fat you should eat 500 calories more. Huel is a great way to accurately calculate your calorie intake whilst making sure you’re not compromising on nutrition. The bespoke vitamin and mineral blend is included to top up the micronutrients that aren't there in sufficient amounts from the food ingredients within Huel. First, make sure you’re on the correct regional Huel website. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the flag icon in the bottom-right corner. You can click this to switch to the correct store for your country.

If you’re having issues logging in, it’s possible that you placed an order or started a subscription without creating a full account. In that case, just set up an account using the same email address you used at checkout and your order history will appear.

If you’ve logged in but can’t see your subscription, check whether you used a different email address at checkout, especially if you paid using PayPal or Apple Pay. Try logging in with other email addresses or create a new account using the one tied to your order.
